BEAR is for the listeners who love a story, one layered with nuance and intention from beginning to end. Written between the ages of 18-21, these songs capture my journey through young adulthood; navigating trauma & grief, maintaining hope, and practicing self-acceptance with a willingness to change. Although these stories were written from a personal lens, I believe the message of the project is highly reflected in the current state of the world and our collective experience as humans. Suffering, change, love, fear, we bear it all.

Bryn Griffiths is a producer, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Having come-up as a skilled guitarist and producer of alternative, genre-bending music, he now focuses on producing for local bands and solo songwriters, emphasizing great performances and emotional depth in mixes. Bryn holds a diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production from SAE Institute Vancouver, where he graduated with top honors. When he isn't in the studio, you can find Bryn riding the local mountain biking trails, taking in the views from the northshore mountains, or at shows playing with his bands Death-Eye Dog and Skunk Cabbage Boardwalk.
